Meet Beto; he takes care of a large modern house in Mexico City which the owners are hoping to sell. We watch him undertake his daily tasks within the house's four walls and face the challenges of leaving home. For Beto is agoraphobic and only ventures out when he has no choice. His friend Lupe therefore visits him and the only other person with who he appears to have regular contact is the house's elderly owner, La Señora, for whom he keeps the house and its gardens spick and span. But sooner or later the house will be sold and then Beto will need to consider a life away from the security of the only environment he has known for decades.Based on the true story of Norberto Coria, whose extraordinary central performance offers a perfect complement to Rivero's terse screenplay.

Enrique Rivero

Enrique was born in 1976. Estudia Ingeniería Industrial y tras haber trabajado en la industria bancaria, un momento de inflexión en su vida le hace ver que quiere dedicarse al cine. He studied Industrial Engineering and after having worked in the banking industry, a turning point in your life makes you want to see that engaging in the film. He has worked in various areas related to film production, from photography to art. As director has made two short films: Nidra and Schhht!, Produced by Productions Sinsen. In February 2005 he worked as 1st Assistant Director in the feature film The Influence (Quinzena Filmmakers of Cannes 2007) by Pedro Aguilera, co-produced by Mantarraya Productions.
